We bought hurricane screens from Storm Solutions. Start to finish, sales consultation through installation, the process was smooth and easy. We were assigned a project coordinator who kept us informed of progress (order status, delivery of product, permit status, etc.) and worked with us to schedule at our convenience.

The salesman went above and beyond in answering our many questions and providing product documentation. The coordinator went above and beyond in scheduling and communicating. We were out of state during the installation and had a relative go to the house when needed, so it was important to know timing.

The installers worked very hard and diligently through the extremely hot and humid weather. They were there on time and were professional. They left the job clean and tidy, as if they were never there.

The hurricane screens themselves do not disappoint and we feel we paid a fair price for them. We would highly recommend Storm Solutions to anyone looking for hurricane screens, and for any other of their products because of the wonderful service they provided.

My wife and I are very pleased with
the work provided by Storm Solutions in Fort Myers. We decided to have them install impact windows to our home. Seven years ago they installed a new custom French patio door, and then we received an outstanding service as well. Olaf Michaelsen, the sale representative, is knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with. He takes pride to educate you about the options and he never oversell and over explain anything. The impact windows is a big investment, we interview 3 other companies and at the end we were pleased with the
work of Storm Solutions team.

We contacted Windows Solutions Group LLC for a repair on our Marvin Coastline sliding glass door. Louis was prompt, responsive, and quickly arranged a visit to assess and complete the necessary repairs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Windows Solutions Group for any of your window and door needs.

I had 3 lanai sliders replaced 2 years ago. Excellent experience and product with Storm Solutions. Last year, wanted to update a number of windows to hurricane rated. Although quotes were nearly identical with another company, the decision to choose Storm Solutions was easy based on prior prior experience.
The window install worked just as well and I have not had any reason to follow up. Shelby did an excellent job coordinating with his team and even provided a nice package for HOA approval. Highly recommended.

Storm Solutions recently installed several windows in our house. We are extremely pleased with our new PGT windows and the results looks fantastic. The team was very professional from start to finish and did an excellent job. The installation was neat, organized, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. We highly recommend Storm Solutions and their team to others.

We had Storm Solutions install hurricane shades last year and were thrilled with the results. The installation was smooth and professional, every phone has call been answered promptly and with such great customer service (thank you Sandy) and Jo was amazing with the WiFi hookup. Today I needed a repair and out came Jo and Chuck, another 5 star experience!! So great that I dubbed them the “dynamic duo”, what a team they make. They knew exactly what to do to fix my shade, and did it quickly and proficiently. And our shades are prettier and better quality than any others I’ve seen. Everything about this company is exceptional.
